The process of pick-up service:

1. You will receive an email with docs within 24h after we receive your order.
2. Please print out the docs we sent and prepare the parcel. (Please ONLY use an envelope or a small parcel to avoid significant freight)
3. Contact Fedex to reserve pick-up time, or wait for Fedex to contact. They usually will contact you in 1-2 work days.

If you buy this service, we’ll offer you:

1. Pick up yourhair sampleandtemplateby FedEx, from the comfort of your home!
2. A Lordhair Specialist will help you to match your hair color and measure your base size (we’ll inform you of your result by email 3 working days after we receive your package) So that you know exactly what color and size hair system you need. We will assist in your hair system purchase.
